National Portrait Gallery

The National Portrait Gallery in the centre of London was founded ‘to promote through the medium of portraits the appreciation and understanding of the men and women who have made and are making British history and culture, and ... to promote the appreciation and understanding of portraiture in all media". - National Portrait Gallery mission statement.
Christine has a place in British history and has influenced its culture, and so she also has earned a her place in this museum.

The V&A has what is said to be the actual plywood chair used in the iconic image of Christine, donated by Lewis Morley. It is a copy of the famous Arne Jacobsen's Model 3107 chair.

‘Scandal’ 63 by Pauline Boty

Pauline was a celebrated and important founder of the the British pop art movement and in 1964 she painted this piece, ‘Scandal ‘63.

It's held up to be of exceptional importance but it went missing the same year it was painted and it's whereabouts are currently unknown and surrounded in mystery.
London based artist Sal Jones painted The Last Laugh from the picture taken by Jack Profumo in 1961.

Sal Jones also featured in the recent Dear Christine: A Tribute to Christine Keeler exhibition.
